A. It is the policy of the Washington County Sheriff's Office not to discriminate against any applicant during the selection process or any employee during their employment and/or advancement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical disability, or ancestry.

F. Rates of pay and conditions or privileges of employment will be established and granted without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, or ancestry.
